100+ Units on the Main Line

This project involved over 100 residnences within a prestigious Main Line community. Each of these expansive homes representing nothing less than the proverbial 'castle' to the achieved for the most part 'retired residents'. Pro football players, judges, world-renowned rock stars, Fortune 500 business owners, each counting on us to provide them with new roofing in an 'uneventful manner'.

The units were landscaped to create special challenges as far as protection from falling roof debris and of course accessing those areas with the new roofing materials and work traffic was just as difficult. Nestled into an old growth forest, with influential residents abounding, the logistics and prospects were frightening. Our work included complete roof removal, complete cedar siding removal, new underlayment, new cedar csiding, new roofing and all new copper flashings and gutters. The schedule to complete this work was as intimidating as the work itself. And let there be no mistake... this community has one of the most demanding managers we've ever encountered. Truly, this was an incredible challenge from all angles.

We completed this work, on all 100+ units, without incident and without scheduling problems. To this day the manager, contractor, and residents look with appreciation on the friendships fostered through this very successful project.
